Changes

They say changes are good. I have yet to figure out who "they" is...cause when I meet them I might just sock them one right in the nose! lol....as many of you know...I have had some more changes. When your looking forward at the changes it seems hard and daunting...but looking back at the changes it's not so bad. So maybe I wouldn't sock "them"...maybe I'd say..."can I have a break for awhile" :)

So the main change was households. You got it! We moved AGAIN. Because of reason's I won't get into (or I'd never stop) we moved out of our house and into a beautiful rental. We are happy. It is a home for just me and the kids...well and the two dogs...and the hampster! ;) Here's some pictures:

So between trips to the lake, unpacking and organizing I haven't had too much time for creating. But I plan to change that today. See changes...good changes :)

Summertime!

Wow...where did the time go from my last post?? My life has been a roller coaster!! The BIG news is that the kids and I are moving...again...but not far! Just moving up to Cumberland. We rented a new house there. Our house is for sale....and we have decided it's time to start fresh...just for us four...nobody else! We are very excited to move up to Cumberland actually...it's more of a community than where we are now. Of course the major downfall is we won't be across the street from my mom & dad anymore...but we are only 10 minutes away....so we won't complain ;) We make the big move Aug.1st.

June 19th Summer turned 13!!! My baby is getting so big!

Summer graduated from Royston Elementary....she's off to Cumberland middle school next school year. She received an award in language arts :)
It's been hot enough to hang in the pool....my goofies!
I'm not working right now....going on EI....so I can retrain for something in the hospital....so we have had lots of time to hang and do fun stuff this summer....I missed my kids actually....this is us going to Royston Beach one day....we rode on our bikes!

Weekend

Well that was a busy weekend! :)

Saturday was National Scrapbook Day. So I played a bit in the morning...made two cards for friends birthday's:

Then I went to the ball field to watch a friend play ball. Had a coffee date as well. That went well. Back to the ball field for more ball watching....then to a dinner date....then to a friends after to watch the hockey game. Boy was I bushed when I got home! Dates went well but he's not the one...so that's all I'll say about that! lol

Sunday morning....Harley's cough was changing...it wasn't dry & barky anymore it was flemy...so off to the Dr. we went. He's got bronchitis. So got the meds and perched him in front of the t.v. for the remainder of the day. I was in and out of town to watch baseball. I've decided I'm going to get my umpires ticket. Need to get a hold of Mike (head ump) as I didn't see him to get the rule book on Sunday. If I can't play ball this year (bum arm) then I would like to stay involved...so this is a good option...get to be there and get paid! :)

Came home Sunday afternoon and decided to make this LO for Em's online challenge...which was to use a movie title on your LO. How could I not use my favourite movie of all time: P.S. I love you! :) It worked great for this picture of my mom & I :)

So that was a busy weekend. Now I'd like a nap lol....

My girls!

Harley's home sick again today...he's not toooo bad but bad enough he's chosen not to go to school. I think this week is just a right off! lol.

So I'm creating again. This one is a LO of the girls....Summer & Zoe. I made them with the knowledge that they would be sitting beside each other in an album...so they flow...but they are individual LO's. Just like them!
